What do I do if my order arrives damaged?

We take great care to package our parcels well, however we realise that damage sometimes may occur during
shipping. In this unlikely event, we are able to put in a claim with the courier company that delivered your
parcel. For us to be able to do this we require you to retain all of the original packaging and report the damage
as soon as the parcel is received. Due to insurance limitations, we can only accept returns on damaged goods
within 7 days so please contact us immediately if your parcel arrives damaged.
