Return and Refund Policy:
Under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), the customer is only entitled to choose a refund or replacement for a major problem with a product covered by consumer guarantees.
Unfortunately, Decodable Readers Australia Pty Ltd has a no refund policy if you change your mind, so please carefully research the items before making a purchase. Exceptions apply only in the following cases:
Damages and issues with our products:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We take great care to package our parcels well, however we realise that damage sometimes may occur during shipping. In this unlikely event, we are able to put in a claim with the courier company that delivered your parcel. For us to be able to do this we require you to retain all of the original packaging and report the damage as soon as the parcel is received. Due to insurance limitations, we can only accept returns on damaged goods within 7 days so please contact us immediately if your parcel arrives damaged. Before you return the product to us, please take a photo of the damage for your own records and for our insurance Company.
